IS YOUR AGENCY LICENSED AND INSURED?

Yes, Infinity Home Health Care is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania Department of Health and we carry all required insurances.

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHAT CARE I NEED?

Contact one of our Client Intake Representatives to discuss the onboarding process and we will walk you through the details. Our dedicated team members will guide you along the way and answer any questions your have. A member of our staff will also work closely with your physician to create a plan of care that is customized to address your specific needs.

IS YOUR STAFF LICENSED AND/OR CERTIFIED?

Yes, all of our employees are certified and/or licensed. All employees undergo also and go through an extensive orientation training program and refresher training is provided on a continuum.

DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF SERVICE HOURS A DAY?

Service hours begin with at least 1 hour and can go up to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Infinity Home Health Care understands that every client's financial situation is different. As a result, we work with families and individuals who pay privately.  We provide our clients with flexible rates as well as customizable payment schedules.
We accept almost all major credit cards and also work with a variety of private and commercial insurance companies.
